Personal Supplies: Please Label everything with the student’s first and last name

• 1 Pack of pom poms
• 4 Elmer’s glue sticks
• 1 pack of 24 Crayola colored pencils
• 1 Black and 1 White poster Board (22 inches x 28 inches)
• 1 Pack of Astrobrights spectrum assorted card stock 75 sheets
• 2 Tissue boxes
• 2 packs of lunch napkins (100 sheets)
• 1 washable/wipeable lunch mat (soft and easy to fold silicone)
• 1 small child-friendly lunchbox
  • Avoid heavy or bulky boxes
  • Avoid clasps that children cannot open
• 2 packs of baby wipes
• 1 pair of closed back kid’s slippers with grippers
• 1 Nap Sac blanket w/ attached pillow (no sleeping bags allowed)
  • Please have your small pillow and blanket in a mesh bag-NO PLASTIC BAGS OR GROCERY BAGS PLEASE
• 1 set of extra clothes including:
  • Undershirt
  • Underwear
  • T-shirt
  • Elastic pants (NO SHORTS AND SKIRTS)
  • Please make sure to put your child’s extra clothes in a big Ziploc bag, clearly labeled with their name

School Portfolio

Please put the index tab dividers and sheet protectors in the portfolio before  bringing it to school.

• Cover page (student’s name & photo)
• 1 inch binder
• Index tab dividers for the binder (1 set of six)
• 50 sheet protectors

Please have a cover page on the front of the portfolio with the following information.

• Title – “My Kindergarten Portfolio”
• Photo of your child
• Your child’s first and last name
• Please divide the binder into six sections using index dividers (or tabs) and place 7-8 sheet protectors in each section.

Portfolio Supplies: Please prepare as follows and LABEL with the student's first and last name.

• 1 1⁄2 inch binder
• 6 Index tab dividers
• Sheet protectors (pack of at least 48)
  • Please label the tabs Units 1-6 and insert them in the binder to create six sections. Divide and insert sheet protectors among the six sections (at least 8 sheet protections per section). Thank you in advance!
