Elementary Girls Uniform
Elementary* Girls Uniform: Every K-5 female student must wear a jumper over uniform slacks/chinos. Students may only wear navy dress slacks/chinos under the jumper, no yoga pants. For our younger girls, we have added an elastic waist pant to be worn under the jumper. Leggings are no longer allowed under jumpers. Collar-less shirts and T-shirts are not allowed as uniform blouses. If layering for colder weather, layers must be of the SAME color (white on white for polo, or navy blue on navy blue for gym)
- CAI plaid Drop-waist Shift Jumper worn over navy uniform slacks/chinos. Available exclusively from Schoolbelles.
- Round collar or polo style blouse, short or long sleeved (no logo required).
- Embroidered CAI logo fleece quarter zipper or full zipper sweater in green or gray. Available exclusively from Schoolbelles.
- Dress OR gym shoes (shoes must be a basic color, free of excessive decorations, flashing lights, glitter, or popular TV or cartoon characters). Fashion boots are not allowed.
- White, navy or black socks.

White or navy plain hijab is required for 5th grade girls. Girls may mix the colors and wear blue under pieces with white scarves or vice versa, but no embellishments/sparkles are allowed are the hijab. The hijab must be long enough to cover all of the hair.
- Excessive, dangling jewelry and nail polish are not allowed.
- Gym:
- Navy blue gym shirt with CAI logo, long or short sleeved
- Navy blue, loose fitting athletic pants (yoga pants and leggings are not allowed in place of athletic pants)
- Gym shoes
- For girls who prefer a more modest look, the jumper may be worn over gym clothes.
*No uniform required for female childcare-preschool students.
Middle School Girls Uniform
Middle School Girls Uniform: Different options are available for 6-8 girls in order to allow for a variety of looks.
- Option 1
- Navy blue abaya with white trim. Available exclusively from East Essence.com. Comes in both girls and women’s sizes. Navy leggings or pants/chinos may be worn underneath.
- Navy or white hijab.
- Girls may mix the colors and wear blue under pieces with white scarves or vice versa, but no embellishments/sparkles are allowed are the hijab. The hijab must be long enough to cover all of the hair.
- Option 2
- CAI grey drop-waist shift jumper with plaid trim worn over navy uniform slacks/chinos, and navy or white hijab. Available exclusively from Schoolbelles.
- Long sleeved, round collar or polo style blouse (no logo required).
- Navy uniform slacks/chinos (no yoga pants or leggings allowed).
- Navy or white hijab
- Girls may mix the colors and wear blue under pieces with white scarves or vice versa, but no embellishments/sparkles are allowed are the hijab. The hijab must be long enough to cover all of the hair.
- Option 3
- Long, maxi A-line navy skirt (navy leggings may be worn underneath).Available exclusively from Schoolbelles.
