Crescent Academy International offers several sports teams for middle school students. Coaches in the athletics program are primarily teachers at Crescent. Teams practice regularly and compete with other schools as the Crescent Comets.
Sports teams offered include:

- Cross Country (Girls and Boys)
- Volleyball (Girls)
